Beach Dirty® Pelican polarized lenses are crafted with the highest quality 1.1mm TAC lens process available. All four varieties of our lens provide Category 3 UV 400 protection, filtering out approximately 80% of all visible light and more than 99% of harmful UVA and UVB rays.

Beach Dirty® Bamboo Shades feature high quality polarized lenses secured firmly in a stylish durable polycarbonate frame which we offer in four styles: Clear, Matte Back, Shiny Black, and White.
Spring hinges
In the case of our shades, durability is not only determined by the quality of the lenses and the frame but also by the hinges from which the two arms extend. Our spring hinges are manufactured with stainless steel to be more robust than standard barrel hinges which are commonly found on typical sunglasses. Spring hinges provide a more versatile fit that allows the frame to stay securely and comfortably in place during times of increased physical activity.

Ebony bamboo arms are sourced from Indonesia where hardwood products are known for their hardness and strength. This material has been proven to repeatedly withstand intense outdoor activities such as boating, fishing, hiking, and active days at the beach.
Beach Dirty® EYEWEAR RETAINER
In addition to our line of Bamboo Shades, we now offer an eyewear retainer. Waterproof and Incredibly lightweight, this retainer features two heavy-duty rubber grips that attach firmly around the ends of the arms on your shades. Binding them together is a strong, cable-reinforced cord that acts as a lanyard when your shades are not in use. Keep you and your eyewear together by using this retainer to prevent the loss of or damage to your new shades.
